In the wake of Lamar Odom’s recent health scare, the Kardashian and Jenner sisters vowed to take a break from their apps.

Releasing a joint statement, the reality stars revealed to fans that they would not be sharing any new content to their subscription-based apps.

“As a family, we’ve decided to hold off on publishing content across our apps while we continue to support and pray for Lamar.

“Thank you for your kindness and understanding during this difficult time.”

As a result, they’ve all gone relatively quiet on social media, choosing to focus on tributes to Khloe’s ex-husband instead.

However Kylie Jenner, after posting a sweet Instagram message of her own to Lamar Odom earlier this week, has been sharing photos of her day-to-day life as normal.

And, over the weekend, Kylie posted a video of her new Cleopatra bob.

She captioned it simply: “Thanks for the dope blunt haircut @priscillavalles!”

While many fans waxed lyrical over the fact that Kylie had returned to her natural colour, she admitted that her hair wouldn’t be black for long.

Just four hours later, she revealed that green has been her favourite hair hue so far.

And she even teased that she would be dyeing her locks bright lime again before too long.

Kylie recently admitted that she changes her hair so often because it helps her to deal with negative aspects of her life.

She wrote on her website: “Constantly changing up my style makes me feel creative and it helps me with my confidence.

“If any of you are going through something in your life and you want a change, experiment with your hair—it’s so much fun and you’ll feel totally liberated. It just makes me feel so good about myself. In the end, always own your own style and your own judgment and people will support you.”

So it makes sense that Kylie felt the need to change her hair now, at a time of so much uncertainty.

Lamar Odom was taken to hospital last week after he was found unconscious in a Las Vegas brothel called Love Ranch, where he’d been staying for four days.

Khloe rushed to be by his side after he was airlifted to a Las Vegas hospital, with his odds of survival at 50/50.

Thankfully, it has since been reported that Lamar is showing signs of progress; according to E! News, the former LA Lakers star has been socialising and moving round.

He’s 'heading in the right direction,' they added.

However, most of the athlete's communication comes through a simple thumbs-up or thumbs-down.

A source close to the situation told E! News: “This is great progress but there is always the possibility for setbacks.”
