Kim Kardashian often posts photos of herself on Instagram, but this one is a little different from her gym body workout shots.

Simply captioned "Good morning", the snap features Kim snuggling up to her adorable baby daughter North West.

But the early morning mummy-daughter snap has left fans divided.

Kim has managed to keep her baby daughter at a relatively safe distance from the glaring media spot light and, despite posting a snap of the two together, she carefully made sure to crop out her daughter's face.

Some critics have suggested that Kim was not doing this to protect her little girl, she was simply doing it to show herself off in the best light.

Instagram user @augustgonet said: "Everyone is saying 'she cropped out north to protect her from the media!' Then why did she post pics of her earlier? It's not like she's never posted a pic of her? She's just a #narcissistic"

And @confessionsofjennifer agreed, saying "Waiting for this skank to post a booty shot just like Queen Bey did. Can't have anyone else having all the attention, can we? #cutoffdaughter #narcissist"

However plenty of Kim's loyal fans have leapt to her defence, praising the photo as "adorable" and pleading with people not to talk badly about her.
