Kerry Katon opens up about George Kay’s health scare: ‘It was so frightening’

Kerry Katona has spoken out for the first time since her husband George Kay was rushed to hospital with sighs of a stroke.

The 34-year-old broke the upsetting news on Twitter on Thursday, and she's admitted they still don't know what is wrong with George.

Speaking to The Sun, Kerry said: "It was so frightening. We just want to know what's gone on and whether it might happen again."

Last week the Atomic Kitten star tweeted: "Asking you all to say a prayer for @mrgskay been taken to hospital with signs of a stroke xxx [sic]."

Former rugby player George, 35, was quick to update his followers, adding: "Hoping it's bells paisley (think that's how you spell it) xxx [sic]."

Kerry was immediately flooded with well-wished from followers after her scary revelation.

One wrote: "Thinking of you both and really hope George is ok Kerry xxx [sic]."

Another added: "omg hun praying for him & you all. My bf had one a few weeks ago. Loads of love to you all xx [sic]."

Kerry and George married last year, and have a one-year-old daughter together Dylan-Jorge Rose.
