Katie Price has made the details of her husband Kieran Hayler’s affair with best friend Jane Pountney as public as she can over the past year.
Since discovering the pair kissing on a beach in Cape Verde, Katie Price has done everything in her power to make sure that her side of the story has been told.
Now it appears that the glamour model’s former best friend is set to tell her own version of events through a ‘six figure’ book deal.
A source told Reveal that Jane, 50, intends to ‘have fun’ writing the book on her affair with Kieran, 26.
They said: “Jane says Katie’s life is mostly fictional… She thinks Katie is all mouth and no trousers. She talks a big game, but doesn’t have the balls to see Jane face to face.”
The insider added: “They say revenge is a dish best served cold. Karma acts in strange ways. Jane has long been interested in writing- Katie would often ask her to write her letters and act as her PA when her mother wasn’t available.”
The book is reportedly due out later this year, around the same time as Katie’s seventh autobiography.
Meanwhile, Katie has been ruffling feathers by getting Twitter-friendly with Perez Hilton, the worst enemy of Katie’s new arch nemesis, Katie Hopkins.
After the pair exchanged tweets mocking the former Apprentice star, Katie wrote him a heartfelt message reading: “I have to say @PerezHilton your son so lucky to have a dad like you , he looks soo happy and you have lots of fun.”
