Taking to the social network, Katie posted a close up snap of her and Kieran kissing, during which the 37-year-old appeared to bite her husband’s lip.
‘Sexual’ wrote the star, as many commented on how inappropriate the photo was.
‘Horrid don’t need to see that’ wrote one user, while another added ‘She is vile! No need at all.’
However Katie’s loyal fans were quick to leap to her defence, with one writing: ‘Wow there are some sad people on here commenting bitchy things on every picture is your life really that boring you have to use someone famous to get attention….stop acting like this is some sort of porno picture there’s nothing wrong about it, lighten up you sad f***s.’
