The 35-year-old says that if doctors tell her she can no longer have children, she'd happily freeze her eggs and find a surrogate to carry her child.
Katie also leapt to the defence of Kim and Kanye's Vogue cover this week, saying that the move has generated a lot of PR for the magazine, and that we should be celebrating 'the first interracial couple to appear on the US Vogue cover.'
She recently celebrated husband Kieran Hayler's 27th birthday by having a spa day and a surprise gathering.
