The 30-year-old charity owner gave birth to Belle - her first child - in March 2014, after revealing she never thought family life would be possible for her, due to her past.

It was recently revealed that Anglia Ruskin’s postgraduate Medical Institute have paid tribute to Katie for her work, giving her an honorary doctor of health sciences.
