Katie has been taking vitamin shakes to replace normal meals - but obviously, it has led to some inevitable weightless.

Tragically, Katie said: ‘There aren’t enough vitamins to help me make a baby. That is why I have become so skinny.’

Due to this, Katie has revealed she is hoping to adopt a child to expand her family with her fiancé.

Speaking to the Mirror Online at V Festival, Katie said: ‘I’m really thinking about adopting a child from the charity that I work with.’

‘There are a lot of kids with burns and parents who have neglected them, and I would like to adopt.’

Katie’s ex Danny Lynch paid someone to throw sulphuric acid over her after she ended their relationship.

As a result, Katie faces a lifelong battle to deal with her injuries and has so far had over 40 operations as part of her treatment.
