Rather than spending the final stages of her pregnancy resting, Katie was hard at work promoting the popular documentary series that explores the extremes of the human body.
The 30-year-old entered the public eye after suffering a horrific acid attack at the hands of an abusive ex-boyfriend. She was left with burns to her face and chest and was forced to endure countless painful plastic surgeries in an attempt to heal her injuries.

The former model has since launched her own charity, The Katie Piper Foundation, which seeks to help burns victims and those suffering from disfigurements.
Katie’s baby will be her first child with 29-year-old carpenter boyfriend James. Though Katie uses her fame to raise awareness for her charity work, her partner wishes to stay out of the limelight.
