The controversial social commentator used her weekly column to continue her Twitter feud with Charlotte, which started when the latter staged a protest against the Tories.
Hopkins tweeted: "Oi!@charlotechurch wind your neck in. You're Welsh AND you lost. Own your problems".
Charlotte, 29, responded: "I have no interest in conversing with you. You lack humility AND you can't spell. Parasite. Fancy a charity boxing match?”.
And on Friday Katie, 40, seemed to accept the challenge, writing:
"Chubster Charlotte Church has been on my case this week…. She even took to a loudspeaker to tell other Welsh people how mad she was, while chugging a Greggs steak slice sideways in her rage- a fat, Welsh, Russell Brand."
Not satisfied with her scathing attack, the mother-of three branded Charlotte the 'Mouth of a gutter wench', continuing:
"While you were eating sausage rolls in between songs I was graduating from Sandhurst and running 800m for the Army."
Finishing off her tirade against the mother-of-two, the former Apprentice contestant concluded:
"..I still reckon I could knock that gurn off your face."
Charlotte has yet to respond, although her campaign demanding Katie apologise for her anti-autism remarks has already garnered 10,000 signatures.
