'It was sweaty but worth it'
Jessica, who is also mother to 4 year-old daughter, Honor, said: ‘It was brutal; it’s not for everyone,’
‘It was sweaty but worth it,’ she added.
Jessica, who married husband Cash Warren in 2008, also spoke about the difficult experience of juggling a career with being a mother and a wife.
She admitted: ‘I don’t balance well. I just try to do the best I can.’
The 31 year-old Fantastic Four actress launched a second career with her eco-friendly business ‘The Honest Company’ last year, and subsequently penned her own book ‘The Honest Life’ – an experience she described as ‘daunting.’
She credits her entrepreneur husband of five years with helping her through. Speaking about their marriage, she said: ‘We like each other; we really are best friends.’
Despite launching her own business and maintaining a healthy family life, Jessica said she is not ready to give up her other passion – acting.
But the star, who has just finished filming for a sequel to Sin City, admitted that motherhood has altered her attitude towards her on-screen career.
