Taking to Instagram to show off a patch of thinner hair, the 22-year-old insisted it's not the end of the world.

She wrote: "For all the new baby mummy's that might be losing some hair after birth, I'm right here with you, I think it's starting to slowly grow back, so it's all good you guys!

"Let's embrace it, and let's enjoy being with our beautiful little cuties!! [sic]."

EastEnders actress Jacqueline and her fiancé Dan Osborne, 24, welcomed their first child together, daughter Ella Selina, in February.

It's thought that around 40-50 per cent of women experience some kind of hair loss from one to five months after giving birth.

If, like Jacqueline, you're seeing some shedding, there are some things you can try to minimise loss.

A diet high in fruit and vegetables will help to protect hair and stimulate growth, you should avoid hairdryers and straighteners wherever possible and try to up your vitamin intake.

Thankfully, as Jac pointed out, it's not usually forever and you've got an adorable baby as compensation!
