Former Big Brother star Helen Wood, 28, didn't mince her words when she discussed the controversial issue.
"Stop feeding your brats doner kebabs and chips, you lazy a**e"
Writing in her column, she said: "Speaking of those kids who do indeed carry excess blubber, who do I blame?
"Bloody simple answer to that, the parent. Your child, your responsibility. End of."
She continued to explain that, as a mother herself, she works hard to ensure her son has a healthy and nourishing diet.
"I think it's so easy to let your rugrats take control of what they eat, so as a mum myself, one thing I have never been easy-going with is my son's eating.
"Veg, fruit, milk and water have always been part of his daily routine."
Helen finished: "It takes no time at all to whip up a healthy balanced meal and as for too expensive, pull the other one, a bag of sweet potatoes is about a quid and a full chicken a fiver to feed the whole fambo.
"Stop with the justification and stop feeding your brats doner kebabs and chips, you lazy a**e."
Helen became a mother at the tender age of 16, and, while the father of her child wanted her to have an abortion, she refused.
She revealed a few years ago: "I don't believe in abortion. I think if you're old enough to be having sex, you're old enough to be a parent.
"I was so old for my age. You wouldn't have thought I was 16. But I didn't have a choice. If something is facing you straight on, you can't moan. You just have to deal with it."
