Fearne Cotton has announced that she is expecting her first child with boyfriend Jesse Wood.
‘We are over the moon, morning sickness aside (me, not Jess) and looking forward to the little Cotton Woods arrival.’
The radio presenter announced the happy news on her Twitter account last night, tweeting: ‘Jesse and I have some news!!!!!’ before posting a link to her website where she had posted ‘Jesse and I are very happy to announce we are having a baby.’
‘We are over the moon, morning sickness aside (me, not Jess) and looking forward to the little Cotton Woods arrival.’
Congratulatory tweets started flooding in after the former children’s TV presenter announced the news, including one from her Celebrity Juice co-host Keith Lemon.
And of course the outlandish presented couldn’t help making reference to a certain part of Fearne’s anatomy, posting ‘I am so happy for you Fearne. Honestly. Greatest news ever. Can’t wait to see your milk trucks. Love Keith x.’
Although this will be the first child for the 30-year-old, it will be the third for her musician boyfriend Jesse, who she has been dating since last July.
He has two children with model and actress Tilly Boone who he divorced in 2011. The family were the subjects of the Calvin Klein ‘Eternity’ campaign.
The Radio 1 DJ has often spoken about how happy she and Jesse are in their relationship, claiming that the former model turned her life around after her turbulent relationship with former fiancé Jesse Jenkins.
Speaking in May, she said: ‘This time last year, I was probably quitemiserable, but Jesse turned that around. I’m content for the first time ever – it’s a really good feeling.’
Fearne was in a relationship with skateboarder Jesse for three years before splitting early last year. She went on to date the son of Rolling Stones rocker, Jesse just two months later.
And it looks asthough the couple have the 65-year-old guitarist’s seal of approval.
‘Fearne’s a beautiful girl. They’re lovely together’ he said.
‘I met her when she came to a Faces gig with Jesse at Cornbury Festival. I very much approve.
‘She’s rock ‘n’ roll. I do wonder if she’ll become my daughter-in-law any time soon.’
