Taking to her Twitter page, Davina said she was wondering why she’d been feeling ‘flat’ recently, before realising that it was this time three years ago that her sister lost her life.
‘I always get a flat feeling around this time of year and then I remember it’s the run up to the anniversary of my beautiful sis passing’ the TV presenter wrote.
Her loyal band of followers were quick to support the star, with one writing to her: ‘Loving is so wonderful and so darned painful. Big kisses xxx.’
McCalls’s maternal half sister, Caroline Baday, died from lung cancer in 2012, when she was just 50-years-old.
This was doubly painful for the star, seeing as she had only lost her mother in 2008.
The popular TV Presenter had a difficult relationship with her mother however, once stating she should have ‘never had kids’ - and that her mum once left her alone in a nightclub at 12 years old.
