The stylish pair wore matching black trouser suits, but it was David's new tattoo that caught the eye of bystanders.
His right hand now features the word Victoria, which resembles a tattoo on his left hand which reads Love.
Victoria, 39, admitted earlier in the year that she had bought her husband a tattoo voucher for his 38th birthday in May.
And with most tattoo designs exhausted, it looks like the father-of-four decided to dedicate the latest addition to his wife of 14 years.
The famous couple's joint appearance came after they attended NYFW together last week to showcase Victoria's collection, where Anna Wintour was pictured cooing over Harper Beckham in the front row (FROW).
But the retired footballer recently admitted worrying over Harper’s behaviour during her mum’s show.
‘It was the first show that she sat out there and I was sitting next to Anna [Wintour], of course,’ he explained.
‘I was trying to keep Harper from… because she was standing up and she was sitting down, she was saying, “I like the pink dress. I like the white dress.” Her legs were moving around and I thought, “I don't want her to kick Anna.” But Anna was so unbelievably sweet to her. She was so sweet to her. You know, she's got children so she's used to that.’
And it appears the famous US Vogue editor and fellow FROW sitter bore no grudges, as she hosted the event last night which took place at Aspley House in Picadilly.
Other famous faces included Sienna Miller, Colin Firth and Stella McCartney.
