The retired footballer, 40, and 41-year-old Victoria tied the knot in June 1999 – and he’s added to his collection of ink to mark this.
David shared a new Instagram picture to reveal he’s had ’99’ tattooed on his little finger.
He wrote: “99 was a good year for me.” It definitely was: not only did he marry Posh Spice, it was also the year he helped Manchester United win the treble of the Premier League, FA Cup and Champions League.
Gorgeous David is no stranger to the tattooist’s chair – he’s got two full sleeves, Victoria’s name and the names of all four of his children inked on his body, among many others.
Meanwhile David changed one family’s life forever this week.
Taking part in Ryan Seacrest’s new show Knock Knock Live, David visited the Gonzales family in California and presented them with a cheque for £100,000 – meaning that their bills are taken care of for the next 10 years.
Victor Gonzales was previously a professional footballer in Mexico, but was forced to give it up in order to take a regular job and support his family.
He said: “Giving the cheque, you can see it means so much to them. You can see it has literally changed their lives.
“I’m very fortunate in my life, and to be able to do this for a family that works so hard… it is an amazing feeling.”
