Dannii Minogue has revealed that she does not wasn’t ex Kris Smith’s new girlfriend anywhere near two-year-old son Ethan, after admitting that she hates the ‘party circuit’ that she is a part of.

Pals of the former X Factor judge said that Dannii became concerned after she found out that Maddy King’s previous boyfriend died of a suspected drug overdose, and believes that themodel’s lifestyle choices could be a bad influence on her son.

‘She hates that whole party circuit and doesn’t want Ethan anywhere near it’

‘She hates that whole party circuit and doesn’t want Ethan anywhere near it,’ said a source close to the singer.

While there is no suggestion that Maddy has ever used drugs, it is believed that Dannii, 41, is concerned about the type of people she knows and is adamant that Ethan will stay with her when she flies to Britain later this year.

The Australian star is set to start recording Sky Living’s Top Model – where she appear on the judging panel – and doesn’t want Ethan to split his time between Britain and Australia.

‘It’s not going to be easy for her to swing it and she is expecting an almighty row’ added the source.

‘But she has set her mind on it and she will fight to get her way.’

Dannii and Kris, 33, split last April after four years together and started dating Maddy in September.

However, according to reports, Kris wanted to keep the relationship under the radar because he didn't want to hurt Dannii.

A source told Woman's Day magazine: 'Kris loves his little boy and will always respect Dannii as Ethan’s mum.

'The last thing he wants to do is rock the boat with his ex or Ethan.’
