When Closer last caught up with Danielle Lloyd, she insisted she’d given up plastic surgery for good. A botched boob job in 2012 resulted in one of her breast implants bursting open in the middle of the night. She was rushed to hospital for emergency surgery, leaving the star fighting for her life after losing six pints of blood.
Afterwards, reflecting on her horrific ordeal, Danielle insisted she regretted messing with her body "every single day".
But when we meet the former glamour model for our exclusive naked photoshoot, she reveals she’s had a complete U-turn – having undergone breast augmentation, liposuction on her stomach and a Brazilian bum lift – in order to give herself a surgery makeover. And to say she’s thrilled with the results would be an understatement.

A delighted Danielle beams, "I can’t wait to get my kit off! This is the most confident I’ve felt about my body in a long time.
"I know I said I wouldn’t have more surgery, but I thought to myself, 'Do I actually give a s**t what people think?' I’m allowed to change my mind because I want to feel happy."
In July, a heartbroken Danielle revealed she’d suffered a miscarriage after trying for a fifth child. She had previously told Closer that she believed she was pregnant with a much longed-for baby girl.
And the star – who is mum to sons, Archie, eight, Harry, seven, and George, five, with footballer ex Jamie O’Hara, as well as two-year old Ronnie with electrician husband Michael O’ Neill – admits the sadness over her loss contributed to her low self-esteem, along with weight gain and an emotional come-down following her wedding to Michael in April.
She says, "I had a miscarriage, which was devastating. I’d put on quite a bit of weight and was suffering with wedding blues, too. It felt like too much and I didn’t feel good about myself.
"I wanted to do something to make me more confident again. I rang the clinic and said, 'I want my boobs done.' It was quite rash, but it’s the best rash decision I’ve made."
The star flew to Turkey last month in an attempt to fix her "misshapen boobs", following a reconstruction in 2016. While she was there, she decided to have the controversial Brazilian bum lift procedure in a spur-of-the-moment decision.
An unapologetic Danielle reveals, "I went there to get my boobs done and I wasn’t expecting to have anything else. My surgeon said he needed to take fat from my stomach to reconstruct my left breast, but then he suggested putting some of the excess fat into my bum and hips to give me a nice shape. I said, 'Go on then, get it in there! Why not?'
"Even though I work out four times a week, I’ve always had a flat a--e. I remember waking up from surgery and feeling my bum, and thinking, 'Oh my f---ing God! It’s too big!'
"Now the swelling has gone down and it feels better. I’ve only had a bit of fat put into the top. My waist has gone in and my stomach is more toned too."
Although she’s now over the moon with her new body, Danielle admits the fall-out from her ill-fated boob job had left her with crippling body confidence issues in the past, with the visible scarring making her feel "unattractive". In fact, the star believes her implants caused her to fall ill, after she felt "drained and miserable" for years but failed to understand why.
She explains, "I’d had reconstruction surgery a few years ago to rectify the implant, but the scars were so bad and reached down to my ribs.
"Over time, the left replacement implant felt stuck on and the right one drooped, so they looked wonky. When the surgeon opened the left implant, he was horrified. He found so much scar tissue and said it was seriously damaging my health.
"I constantly felt sick and drained. Michael used to ask, 'Why are you so tired and miserable?' Now I’ve learned the scar tissue was squeezing the implant. My body was trying to fight it, and it was making me ill."

And Danielle, who posed nude for Playboy magazine in 2006, says her “wonky” breasts caused other issues. She says, “I didn’t feel attractive in a bikini and I wasn’t confident, whereas now I’m prancing around nude, like, ‘Look at me!’ Michael’s already said, ‘All right, love, put some clothes on!’ I just feel like a new woman.
“For a long time, I was making myself out to be the ‘confident’ one. I convinced myself that’s what people wanted to hear. I’d say, ‘It doesn’t matter that my boobs are messed up,’ but actually, deep down, it did matter.”
And the star confesses to crying tears of joy over her newly sculpted body. She says, “When I came round and saw my boobs, I literally cried my eyes out. I couldn’t stop hugging them. They’re still healing, but I’m so happy. I was so desperate to feel womanly again. Now I can’t wait to go on holiday – I’ll wear the most ‘itsy bitsy’ bikini I can find!”
