In an age of Directioners and Beliebers – it’s not uncommon for a besotted teenager to spend hours tweeting their favourite celebrities in the hope of catching their eye.
Now Danielle Caesar, 22, has become an overnight sensation after her relationship with Disney star Jake T. Austin was confirmed… and her obsessive tweets to him subsequently revealed.
According to multiple reports, Danielle sent messages to 21-year-old Jake for FIVE YEARS before they became an item.
It’s claimed Danielle sent Jake, who starred in Wizards of Waverley Place, tweets including:
“You’re amazing, Sorry just thought you should know that :) [sic].”
“Me & @jaketaustin are getting married. Shhh he just doesn’t know it yet ;) yes I know I’m a freak
“@jaketaustin I’m gonna deff try & meet you this summer !! [sic].”
But it looks like her determination paid off. This month Jake shared a snap of them kissing, and wrote: “I’m just crazy for her.”
Unsurprisingly Jake’s comments went crazy, with Danielle being branded the ultimate fangirl and followers leaving messages of congratulations.
One wrote: “From fan to girlfriend!” Another gushed: “@harrystyles can this be us pls [sic].”
And it seems Danielle’s story has given hope to the fan armies. One Instagram user questioned: “She has been fangirling over him for 5 years and now they together, do you think I have a chance with Harry Styles or Justin Bieber? [sic].”
It’s unclear how or when Danielle and Jake got together, but it’s thought they first met at Planet Hollywood, New York, in 2011.
