The 71-year-old has a teenage pregnancy, four marriages and rumours of bisexual relationships under her belt, but says she is so awkward in the bedroom- both in her personal and acting life, that she's only ever been given one bedroom scene in Coronation Street.
Addressing her sexuality, Morgan said: ‘You’ve had relationships with men and women.’
The actress replied: ‘A relationship can be a friendship. A soul mate, whatever. You don’t have to have sex all the time.'
‘There are many gay people, who work in the industry we work in. Have you no gay friends? What’s it like having sex with them?’
When the host responded that he doesn't, Goodyear continued:
‘Neither do I. Let me tell you, there was a time when I thought it might be worth a try. No good at it. Because I can’t stop laughing.’
When Morgan fired back: ‘Are we talking men or women?’ she replied:
‘Anybody. Which is why they only ever gave me one bed scene in Coronation Street. Because it makes me laugh.’
‘Sex does?’ responded Morgan. ‘Even being in bed,’ she confirmed.
Referring to her multiple marriages, the Corrie star admitted that current husband 45-year-old Scott Brand, a former builder, proposed to her every day for 11 years before she accepted him, adding:
‘I might renew his contract. He’s been the best of a bad bunch, he really has.’
'I'm very happy.'
