Tackling body insecurities

Last year I lost about a stone in a month and I work hard to keep this weight off, so it can be really hurtful when I am criticised on social media when people either tell me I’ve lost too much weight or I am fat. You can’t help but let that bring you down. This has led me to respond saying I am unhappy with how I look, but I need to get a grip on that and love the way I am.

On the subject of body hang-ups, I never, ever let Ricky see my boobs – even when we went to Lanzarote recently for our first holiday together. My boob surgery was a real botch job – and I hope to have them re-done by Hollywood plastic surgeon Dr Hassan later this year. I want him to take away some of the scarring and reduce my cup size a little, maybe down to a B.

Life and love with Ricky

Me and Ricky have been a bit stressed. I think it's due to the filming of next series of Geordie Shore coming up and all the pressure we are under. It's going to be so hard to spend time apart and will definitely be the ultimate test on our relationship. We've fled to Florida for 2 weeks for a nice break before I go filming which should hopefully help us relax.

Keeping in shape in the Geordie Shore house

We all have our own body hang-ups, and mine would be my stomach and my boobs. Hey, I am just a normal girl, after all! But I am a fit, healthy Geordie lass with some curves (which Ricky loves, by the way)!

Being locked away in the Geordie Shore house for weeks at a time, it is really easy to get out of shape - what with all the nights out, drinking and drawer full of sweets. So when I come out, I like to focus on my fitness- but I still like to have fun.

Earlier in the year I began working out every day with trainer to the stars Ian Guildford, who also got me on a new, low fat diet, with no red meat and dairy products and lots of grilled chicken and fish.

Diet stresses

My diet last week was so bad- I went on scales and had gained 5lbs. I think it's because off all the traveling. I went to the gym and I couldn't get in to it. I completed 40 minutes on the treadmill and moved on to light weights so I managed some of my workout. I'm trying to cut out sugar but it's so hard.

I really feel a lot of pressure now that Holly and Charlotte have lost a lot of weight. I keep getting compared and it makes it so much harder. Hopefully in Geordie Shore we can spur each other on.

What's on my mind

I've been watching Made in Chelsea lately and I have to say this series is so good I can't stay still when I watch it. I have to say I feel so sorry for Binky and how she's had to deal with Alex and the new his new girlfriend. She handled it really well and I thought. Alex and Nicola kinda ganged up on her plus Nicola has a bad attitude- but I can't wait for next week!
