With such an energetic lifestyle, it’s vital Katy maintains her spark.
Foods that are great for staving off fatigue but keeping you trim include grains, healthy fats like nuts and salmon, and lean protein like fish and chicken, plus plenty of fruits and veggies.
Katy’s also been snapped stepping it up in the gym. She’s said to do 30 minutes of cardio, coupled with strength training like lunges and crunches.
