Chrissy Teigen opens up about fertility struggles
She and husband John Legend project the image of a perfect relationship, but Chrissy Teigen has revealed they face very real problems – just like every couple.
The 29-year-old, who married singer John, 36, in 2013, has spoken out about her heartbreaking fertility struggles, and confessed she’d love to start a family.
Speaking during an episode of FABLife, set to air later this month, model Chrissy said: “I met [John] when I was 20, and I’m almost 30 now. Our relationship, before we even got engaged, was pretty significant too. But I will say that, just two years into being married, the questions come from all over.
“I can’t imagine being that nosy, like, ‘When are the kids coming?’ because who knows what somebody’s going through, who knows if somebody’s struggling? I would say, honestly, that John and I were having trouble.
“We would have had kids five, six years ago if it had happened, but my gosh, it’s been a process.”
Despite their struggles, Chrissy admitted that she and John are still hopeful and have seen fertility doctors in their hopes of conceiving.
She added: “People think it happens easily, but the stars really have to align to have a baby and it is a little miracle, so when it happens, we will be happy.”

Rihanna declines chance to join Taylor Swift on stage
It’s become completely normal for Taylor Swift to be joined on stage at concerts by her A-list pals – but Rihanna won’t be making a guest appearance any time soon.
Rihanna, 27, thinks she and Taylor, 25, are two very different artists, and that ‘it wouldn’t make sense’ for them to share a stage.
Speaking to NME magazine, Ri said: “I don’t think I would [join Taylor on stage]. I don’t think our brands are the same: I don’t think they match, I don’t think our audiences are the same. In my mind, she’s a role model; I’m not.”
Rihanna’s frank confession comes after her fellow pop starlet Miley Cyrus insisted she’s got no interested in becoming part of Taylor’s clique.
She told the New york Times: “I’m not trying to be in the squad. None of my friends are famous and not because of any other reason than I just like real people who are living real lives, because I’m inspired by them.”
Kris Jenner calls ex Caitlyn ‘Jenner’: ‘It’s really hard’
Call Me Caitlyn, commanded the woman formally known as Bruce, when she made her debut on the cover of Vanity Fair in June.
While the rest of the world has hailed the 65-year-old ex-Olympian as something of a hero to the transgender community, it’s understandably been a huge adjustment for those closest to her.
Caitlyn’s ex-wife Kris, 59, who she split from before the transition, has admitted that she’s still struggling – and can’t even use the new name yet.
During an interview with Access Hollywood, Kris was asked: “Can you call Caitlyn, Caitlyn?”
Kris replied: “No. I say, ‘Jenner’. It’s hard, you know, it’s really, really hard. What I have realised in all of this is that everyone handles stuff in a different way.
“No matter what it is, you know. We’re all people. We all have different emotions.”
Earlier this year, during an episode of I Am Cait, Kris revealed one of the reasons why she’s feeling so hurt.
She said: “When you feel like you gave your whole life to somebody and the sum of it all was you were a distraction.”
