However the X-Factor panelist hit back at the rumours today - posting to her Instagram page that not only is she not dating the pictured man, but that also the man in in fact two separate people.
She wrote: 'Seeing a lot of fabricated stories on this..One a great friend and another a married man..Do they look alike to you ??'

The brunette recommended that those who beleived the men were the same person go to Specsavers before signing off: 'Have a nice day peeps.'
She also copied in 20-year-old songwriter Joel Compass into the post, who some have speculated is in a relationship with the star, after her helped Cheryl with her new album.
Cheryl split from her previous boyfriend, dancer Tre Holloway, in October 2013.
