Charlotte Crosby couldn’t have looked healthier or happier during her month-long tour of Australia promoting her fashion line and making appearances at clubs.

But insiders reveal 5ft 8 Charlotte has worked hard to keep up her diet and exercise routine, after shedding 2st last year, going from a size 16 to an 8.

A source says: “Charlotte is in the best shape of her life. She feels like a different person and has been given a new lease of life. A year ago, she felt horrendous showing off her body on the beach. Now she’s in shape, she says she’s determined never to go back.”

Last week, Charlotte confessed she’d occasionally fallen off the healthy-eating bandwagon, but hadn’t gained any weight. She posted a video of her exercising on Instagram with the caption: “Being over in Australia touring, going from hotel to airport over and over every day has made it EXTREMELY difficult to always maintain a healthy diet!”

She added: “Stepped on the scales and after 4 weeks of going out and having the odd cheat, I HAVE NOT put any weight on at all.”
