Katie Daley, 25, claims the ex-Hollyoaks star Stephanie, 22, accused her of trying to steal her boyfriend, model Sam Reece.

Talking to* The Sun On Sunday*, Katie said she felt intimidated by the messages which brought back memories of when she was bullied as a child.

Katie insisted her and male model Sam were just good friends but said she received 44 "vile" texts in the space of a few hours from Steph.

The messages included telling Katie she would end up dead and alone, she was a lesbian and that she and Sam were laughing at her.

Katie, who is also a makeup artist, said: “I was bullied as a child and felt intimdated.

"She is a nasty vile bully. I don't have any respect for her. I just hope she leaves me alone now.

“It would kill me to see a bully like Steph be crowned the CBB winner. After what she put me through, she doesn't deserve to win."

Before entering the Celebrity Big Brother house, Stephanie played Sinead O’Connor in the Channel 4 soap Hollyoaks but was fired last year for being drunk on set.

She has been accused of cheating on Sam with fellow CBB contestant, Jeremy McConnell following their close on-screen relationship and late-night kiss on Thursday.

A spokesman for Stephanie said: "We strongly refute any suggestion that Stephanie be labelled a bully.

“Stephanie had taken obvious offence that this girl had meddled in her relationship and reacted emotionally and in the heat of the moment.”
