Lee Ryan's love triangle with Casey Batchelor and Jasmine Waltz gripped a nation of Celebrity Big Brother viewers, but it seems as if, after leaving the house, the Blue singer has been judged severely for his love rat behaviour.
Speaking later about his 'romances' in the Big Brother house, Lee tried to explain why he was unable to keep away from both Casey and Jasmine:
"I got butterflies with Jasmine and she felt the same way and I know she did. But I was friends with Casey and I missed her friendship when we wasn't being friends, and I think that's what's so confusing for people to see.
"But if you understand that you're stuck in a house with people there's nowhere to go, and I did try to explain to her so many times that I just wanted to be her friend, and she was like, 'Yeah, I know. Yeah, I understand, but we can just have a cuddle.' So I was like, 'Oh, we're just having a cuddle as friends.'"
He added: "I think that it's, yeah, obviously I take responsibility for my actions.
"But I think I was confused myself if I'm honest. That's what I'd be honest, hand on heart would say - that I was confused by the situation as well. And I think I was getting mixed messages of honesty."
It doesn't seem as if his best friend and fellow Blue singer Duncan James is giving Lee any sympathy, however.
After watching Jasmine return to the house and confront Casey and Lee over their actions, Duncan had just one thing to say:
We're pretty tempted to agree with him there...
