The 46-year-old and Perez, 36, clashed on the show over the way she thought he was representing the gay community.
Speaking to OK! magazine, Michelle said: "It was the Perez show. I was breaking down in the Diary Room because Perez was doing no favours for the gay community.
"We were meant to go in there together and be a voice but he was so conflicting. I was sat there watching him thinking what the hell are you doing? Get control of yourself.
"His energy was like what you saw 24/7 but when he crashed, he crashed really hard. He was a hateful human being. He hurt me."
During her exit interview with Emma Willis, Michelle accused Perez of using Katie Price, 36, for his own gain.
She said: "He knows Katie Price as much as he knows me. But he has been completely in Katie Price's you-know-where, because she can do something for him.
"I don't register on the fame level. He was in there to make a name of notoriety or infamy for himself."
And it looks like Michelle is going to be sticking around, as she's admitted she'd love a career in the UK.
"It would make me so happy to be a female presenter or entertainer here in this country because there's no strong female that is American on the airwaves," she said.
