Everyone worries about me

‘Everyone worries about me,’ Cara told W magazine.

‘It’s hard for my family, and I know I have to be careful. People have to realize that I can take care of myself. I’ve done a great job so far.’

But popular Cara has a lot of famous friends surrounding her including best friend and ‘wifey’ Rita Ora.

But there are two other high-profile female celebrities the 21 year-old can count on for advice – fellow party girls Rihanna and Kate Moss.

I called Rihanna, she said: “It’s easy to drown yourself in work. That’s a form of escapism. So, if you’re alone and you want to cry, cry"

On a recent holiday to Greece, the young singleton – who has been romantically linked to pop-stars Harry Styles and Jake Bugg in the past – found herself surrounded by couples. So she called on gal-pal Rihanna to cheer her up.

‘In Greece, it was a lot of couples, and I felt alone, which made me sad,’ admitted the model.

‘I called Rihanna,’ she continued.’ She said: “It’s easy to drown yourself in work. That’s a form of escapism. So, if you’re alone and you want to cry, cry.” And I did. But by then, it was time to leave and get back to my life.’

Not only is it lonely being a successful supermodel, but it doesn’t leave much room for bad-skin days either, says psoriasis-sufferer Cara.

‘It only happened during Fashion Week!’ Said Cara – who suffers from red patches on her skin when she is stressed. ‘Which is, of course, the worst time of the year for me to be covered in scabs.’

Kate gives really good advice

But luckily, veteran supermodel Kate Moss was on hand to help.

'Kate saw me before the Louis Vuitton show at 3 a.m., when I was being painted by people to cover the scabs,’ Cara recalled.

‘She said, “This is horrible! Why is this happening? I need to help you.” She got me a doctor that afternoon; Kate gives really good advice.’

So what next for the model-of-the-moment with the world at her feet?

‘I want to make music, I want to act, I want to sing, I want to do something that doesn’t make my skin erupt!’
