Trouble's brewing between Charlie Sims, 21, and his ex-girlfriend Ferne McCann, 23, after he discovers Ferne may have cheated on him during the relationship.
In a one-on-one meeting. the pair reveal they still have feelings for one another despite separating over Christmas, with Charlie admitting: 'My heart is racing. When I get a text the first person I want to see is you.'
But Ferne confessed to being confused, saying: 'We just never help ourselves, I don't know why I keep coming back to you.'
'I made the decision over Christmas that I never wanted to be with you.'
In a conversation that will ring true to anyone who's experienced a messy break-up, Charlie says: 'I can't imagine you with someone else. I don't feel that this is the end.'
Ferne replies tearfully: 'I don't know what I'm doing.'
Chatting to her friend Sam Faiers later, Ferne admits that she is stuck ion a cycle of breaking up with Charlie, sleeping with him and then getting back together, stating: 'It's fear of unknown. I don't know how it is to live without him.'
But when Charlie is told by sister Chloe, that Ferne may have cheated on him he's not best pleased. saying: 'When I said have you met someone else, she outright lied through her teeth,'
Adding that she has been a 'naughty girl.'
In happier news, pregnant Billie Faiers and Greg reveal that they are engaged after their holiday to the Maldives - and tell everyone they are expecting a baby girl using a pink cake.
Newcomer Grace Andrews is introduced to the show. who catches the eye of birthday boy Mario Falcone.
The smooth mover wastes no time in chatting up the brunette, saying 'So have you not bought be a present?'
To which she replies: 'I am your present,' and even suggests Mario may get to 'unwrap' her later.
Later in the episode Ferne is forced to deny the rumours that she slept with Frank Major, as Charlie confronts her at Mario's party.
'I would never cheat on you - splitting up from you was the hardest thing in my life,' says the star.
Sam Faiers also discussed her recent Crohn's disease diagnosis with sister Billie - who seems in awe of her sister's positive outlook.
'You're not "oh woe is me." In my head I know you're going to be fine,' says Billie.
