Speaking to Holly Willoughby and Phillip Schofield on ITV’s This Morning, the star revealed that she had reached ‘breaking point.’

‘Your mind in a very powerful thing. Everyone has a breaking point and I had reached my breaking point.’

Alicia was left unable to cope when her boyfriend- who helped her out financially- left her for a lap dancer.

‘Things were getting worse and worse and worse. I couldn't see a way out of it. It was all coming on top of me, the debts were getting on top of me, I was getting threats to take me to court.’

‘People were phoning me all the time and I couldn't handle it,’she added.

Alicia went as far to write a suicide not for her two daughter, 19-year-old Georgia and 2–year-old Papaya.

She revealed: ‘I wrote a note for Georgia and Papaya for when she was older.’

‘I really felt like they would be better off without me. I felt like I had failed and couldn't provide.’

Alicia took pills and drank alcohol in an attempt to end her life.

‘I was having migraines from all the stress I was enduring. So I started taking tablets, parecetemols and parecetemol. I needed to numb the pain… It wasn't like a conscious decision, it was like a cry for help.’

Alicia, who has spent over £1 million on plastic surgery, was thankfully unsuccessful in her suicide attempt, and told Holly and Phil that ‘it wasn't meant to be.’
