She's a TV queen of Christmas but what does Kirstie Allsopp like to receive in her Christmas stocking?

The titular star of Kirstie's Handmade Christmas reveals all while chatting to Closer.

When we asked what her Location, Location, Location co-host Phil Spencer gets her as a gift, she gushed about the joys of pork.

"Phil gives me a ham every year," she said.

"It's very thoughtful and so useful. It's easy to do a baked potato with a couple of slices of ham, or cheese on toast, a croque monsieur, scrambled eggs...

"It's a brilliant Christmas gift and I recommend it to everyone."

Baked ham aside, what does Christmas look like in Kirstie's house?

"Father Christmas always features and we’re big on the stocking thing," she told us.

"Sometimes, we’re in Devon with my family and sometimes we’re in London with Ben [Andersen - her partner] and his siblings. This year, we’re abroad – so it will be warm. There will be a few decorations coming with us but we’re going to be in Devon for New Year so I will decorate the house for then."
