And despite undergoing a breast reduction early in 2015, on Thursday night Katie looked very busty indeed, as she posed on the red carpet for the launch of RuPaul’s Drag Race.
These pictures will do nothing to detract from reports that the mum-of-five is once again expecting - as her supposedly 32C breasts looked far larger than usual.
In this week's Closer, pals close to the star said Katie has raised suspicions she was pregnant after changing her lifestyle.
'She even cancelled her birthday night out last week when she'd been wanting a big night out for a while. She recently appeared at a club in Scotland, but left just after 11pm, claiming she was tired of booze and on a detox,' said the friend.
'She's also tended to opt for quieter meals out recently and has been wearing looser clothing around her stomach. It's led everyone to wonder if she may be hiding something.'
Wearing a bustier top that flared out above the belly, Katie paired this with a tight leather skirt and bright pink nails, plus her trademark big hair.
Other celebrities in attendance at the event included Ashley Roberts, Sam Faiers, Jonathan Ross and Blue star Duncan James.
Katie also made sure to bring along husband Kieran Hayler, who kept things casual in a white vest, denim shirt and black jeans.
