When Sharon Bradford’s breasts started growing due to a hormone imbalance, the impact on her life was devastating.

In just two years, her boobs swelled a staggering 13 cup sizes, from 34D to 40L, leaving her housebound and unable to wash or dress herself.

Shockingly, despite the affect on her health, Sharon, 51, was denied a reduction on the NHS because the procedure was deemed cosmetic. Meanwhile wannabe glamour model Josie Cunningham sparked outrage when she was given a free boob job in 2009.

Sharon has since had surgery after going to a private clinic and is now happy with her 38D boobs.

Showing her new body in our exclusive Closer photo shoot , Sharon, who lives with her husband Sam, 50, in Leicestershire, says: “It makes me so angry that glamour models like Josie are given free surgery. My saggy boobs made my life hell, but I was still denied help. I couldn’t walk anywhere as they put such a strain on my back and our sex life was non-existent.

“My breasts were so heavy my husband had to help me shower and get dressed. I had to wear a bra from a specialist website and developed horrible sores.

“Now I’ve had surgery I feel like a new person.”
