A British newspaper has reported that assets have been hit with a £1million tax bill, which could wipe out her sons’ inheritance.

Trustees for the boys, who live with their TV presenter father Jeff Brazier, 33, are said to have called the demand heartless.

Danny Hayward, an executor of her will, told the newspaper:

“Jade was determined to give the boys the education she never had.”

“We’ve paid their private school fees to the end of the year but we can’t after that. Jade would be heartbroken.”

“It’s a truly shocking decision. But we intend to appeal and fight to the end in true Jade-style to fulfill her last wishes for the boys, no matter how long it may take.”

The Big Brother star is said to have earned £2.2million from 2006- 2010, a sum greatly reduced after mortgage and car payments, funeral costs and miscellaneous fees were deducted. Jade also gave £48,000 to cancer and anti-bullying groups.

HMRC officials are said to have asked for £1,035,902 in tax, after declaring the business expenses and losses on her Ugly’s beauty salon in Harlow, Essex, would not qualify for tax relief.

“It was her dying wish that the two boys had the life she never had.”

The bill has reportedly raised £119,000 in interest alone, which has apparently already forced Jade's trustees to sell her three Essex homes.

Her mum Jackiey Budden, 55, spoke out yesterday to confirm she would be fighting the bill, adding: “Why are they bringing this now four years after her death?

“It was her dying wish that the two boys had the life she never had.”
